YHC knew that being in his first semester in college it was going to be tougher to get motivated to post in the gloom. Knowing this, YHC signed up to Q at three different AOs, the first of these being The Hollow. 8 of the brave Hollow pax posted, with 3 pax for #stridelite. Here’s what went down:

Mosey to softball field to find out that it is locked to YHC had to call an audible and we headed to the practice softball field.
Field of Dreams: split up into groups of 4 and each PAX from each group takes a base
1st base-AMRAP squats
2nd base-AMRAP merkins
3rd base- AMRAP LBCs
Home Plate-25 burpees, once complete go relieve man at first and so on and so forth until all group members have completed the station at home plate
R&R with alternating lunges, hyrdraulics, and heel touches
Mosey to courtyard and find a spot on the wall
People’s Chair x 2min
Balls to the Wall x as long as you can
People’s Chair x 2min
Mosey back to SF and perform 25 burpees OYO
