Anyone who knows Pickle knows he is a well above average runner. He also likes to say he knows nothing about Boot Camp. Despite that, he decided to Q the Shank. The Wienkie was full of high quality Betterment. Here is how it went down.

THE THANG:
Jog around the large soccer field before going to the block pile. Wait a minute, I thought The Q only knew how to run?
4 stations, each with three exercises. Go to each station perform the first exercise and return to center. At center, 10 burpees before moving to next station. after 4 stations, Rinse and Repeat with exercise #2. Continue until all 12 exercises are done. Every exercise (other than burpees) are 30 reps and are done with your block.
