YHC ventured over to his 2nd home this morning to bring a little variety to his brothers at C.A.T. It’s always good to visit these guys. Just a solid group of guys that raise the bar for accountability and brotherhood. YHC always learns something new from these men and I hope they feel the same about YHC. Here’s what went down on the east side of the motherland in the gloom this morning.
COP – Ooops! The cold wind got to the brain a bit this morning and YHC forgot it.
Mosey to the block pile and grab one.
Continue to mosey around to the maintenance building over next to the cut through road. This area of operation was in effort to avoid the freezing winds we had this morning. YHC thinks the plan worked to perfection. PAX were actually shedding some layers quickly after the beat down commenced.
Split up into two groups
Group 1: At the loading dock, climb up and then back down off the dock.
Group 2: Perform OH Press x 25 and Block Swings x 25 – When complete switch with Group 1.
Do this for 3 sets with the below exercises:
- OH Press x 25 + Block Swings x 25
- Merkins x 25 + Bent Over Rows x 25
- Sumo Squats x 25 + Curls x 25
Find a partner
Partner 1 – Farmer Carry 2 Blocks to the end of the concrete driveway and back
Partner 2 – Starts exercises below until Partner 1 returns with blocks.
Continue until all reps are complete.
