Bus loops and BLIMPS ladder5.19.20

9 PAX posted for what ended up being pretty good weather. We got after it over on the bus loops. Good work men

Weather- 65 with some humidity

The THANG-

Prayer- disclaimer- COP social distance all IC- Motivators x 7, TTT x 10, Arm circle routine x 10

Mosey to bus loop for BLIMPS x 5 for all exercises IC

  • B- Burpees
  • L- lunges
  • I- Imperial Walkers
  • M- Merkins
  • P- Plank Jacks
  • S- Squats

Then PAX did a lap. After the lap YHC explained it was rinse and repeat time except now with 10 reps, then a lap, then 15 reps, lap, 10 reps, lap, 5 reps lap.

Moseyed back toward the SF for 6 min of ab work. YHC kept the PAX upright and now on the wet pavement. We may or may not have planked for 5 minutes.

Devo- Taking it one day at a time. Praying for God’s provision today.

(Paraphrasing)- In Exodus, the Isrealites were on their journey to the Promised Land, having just left Egypt. They were tired, hungry, and complaining. God provided His people daily manna, not to be saved or used for the next day, but with enough manna for today.

Later in the Bible, Jesus teaches his disciples to pray the Lord’s pray … gives us this day our daily bread”. Also, Jesus is stated as the “bread of life”.

During this quarantine, during this situation- pray for the daily bread that God can provide for you TODAY. God provides and we must trust that provision.
