Start moseying toward outdoor gym, but Breakfast Club is still coming up from Cemetery Hill so we all turn around and go scoop him up and go to the hill for some EMOM work instead

Warm-up Stretching
Line up at the top of the hill for EMOM, 4 minutes each and some ab work in between each set. Run down to first light, exercises, remaining time left in minute is rest time
Set 1 – Squats x 10, CDD x 10
Set 2 – Squats x 10, Calf Raises x 10
Set 3 – Alt Lunges x 10
Set 4 – Sumo Squats x 10
Set 5 – Alt Lunges x 10 and then run
Run down to bottom of hill and back up, mosey back to flag for cool down stretching
