YHC hasn’t been to The Hollow in a while so when Kenwood reached out earlier in the year I was more then happy to get on the Q sheet. The threat of weather must have kept some in the bed, but those that posted this morning got their monies worth as we did the Birthday Q from last week.
Conditions: Mid 50’s, nice and NO RAIN
1 Minute Warning, FNG’s (there is 1), Disclaimer
Short mosey to the other side of the cars and circle-up.

Grab a block and mosey to the Bus Loop canopy.
We will perform 3 sets of 7 exercises and perform 37 of each of the 7 exercises. After completing the 7 exercises bearcrawl the length of the bus loop canopy (it is a lot longer then expected and as YHC and the PAX complained they were told they could thank Escobar for the bearcrawls since we couldn’t do them last week at Surge) and then run around the bus loop back to your block before starting your next set of exercises.
OH Press with Block
Walking Lunges with the Block
Curls with the Block
We were able to complete all 3 sets. Return block to the pile and then take a recovery mosey around the bus loop back to the flag.

Devo: I love You
Isaiah 43:4 Others were given in exchange for you. I traded their lives for yours because you are precious to me. You are honored, and I love you.
Do you ever doubt God’s love for you? Do you wonder if he is on your side? Let his words encourage your heart. May you know that you are loved. You are precious in the sight of your Lord.
