For what I’m fairly certain was my first Q at Crypt (seems crazy I know), YHC decided to bring a bit of heat for the enjoyment of all.

The Thang
Intro, Disclaimer, Prayer
Mosey to the top of Reaper hill for a little warmup consisting of
- SSH x 20 IC
- LBAC forward + back x 10 IC
- OH Claps x 10 IC
- TTT x 15 IC
Then the fun begins by heading down Reaper hill, stopping at each light area for 15 and 10 burpees OYO respectively, with another 5 burpees at the bottom of the hill (we converged for a short while with the Boneyard PAX who also happened to be doing burpees). Then we headed back up in the same manner of 15, 10 and then 5 burpees OYO at the top of the hill, including somehow some confusion on the counts by the PAX with much blame on Common Core math.
Mosey back over the top of the Crypt lot, choosing a lane close to the flag. Partner up for some teamwork, Partner A running down to the bottom of the lot and back while Partner B does work, then swapping on running partner’s return to the top to work toward the total reps as a team, consisting of:
- 25 Burpees
- 100 LBCs
- 200 Merkins
- 400 Squats
- 100 Merkins (adjusted for time)
The hope was to ladder back down all the way but we ran out of time, plus there was a minor mutiny in the last few minutes which ended up being fine as we got back to the flag right on time!
