The Shawshank gang was pumped to have No Help bring a beatdown ITG. The announcement went out, Hokie jokes were flying, guys went to bed to rest up for what would surely be an epic start to the day. Close your eyes and imagine the surprise, and verbally communicated disappointment, to arriving for YHC. That’s right, another Soaker Q. Like the gang, I was excited for today’s bootcamp. Then, twitter killed my dreams when I saw a cry for help. No Help was in a pickle. Not the sandlot kind, the kind only a tech-savy Hokie could get into. He was double-booked as Q. When someone asked me the question, “What did the VT Hokie get on his SAT” and I replied “Drool”, I thought I was making a joke. Now, I am not so sure. Anyways, No Help will be at Shawshank at a future date. No more opining about missed opportunities, let’s discuss what took place and how the men who did show up, got a little better.
The flag was planted, a tiny whiteboard emerged with a well thought out plan written clearly with no misspellings, the bluetooth speaker was turned on, and an awesome playlist was enjoyed. Nice work, men.
Weather: perfect, low 50’s.
1 minute warning, no FNG’s, disclaimer, prayer, let’s go.

Devo/Thoughts – Lot of prayer requests have been shared over the past couple of days. Lot of folks going through very tough times. Reach out to those you have not seen in awhile, check on others, talk to someone if you need help. This week marks the final week of Jesus’ ministry. He lived and died for us and was raised again so we can enjoy him forever. Keep your eyes and hearts on him and point others to him as well. With all that is going on around us, we need him more than ever. F3 is an awesome brotherhood to be a part of. Keep looking out for each other. No OYO.
