    • Continue to alternate merkins & squats to station 6, then back track to station 1 (11 total stations)

Great work by the pax this morning and thank you for another opportunity to lead. It is great to be a part of this group of fine men that have helped me to improve my life over the last 7 months. I would encourage each of you over the upcoming weeks to EH a #sadclown and get them out to any one of our AOs. We all know someone that could use some encouragement in life with all 3Fs and this is exactly what they need.
