11 Pax joined YHC this gloomy morning to partake in a mashup of exercises from my greatest hit album. After visiting Snake Pit virtually last night via Google Earth, YHC started to see some of the best Snotwogglers from workouts past fit nicely into the Snake Pit landscape.

Ok, I made the last name up but the Pax asked what the next crazy exercise was going to be and jump squats just didn’t have the same ring to it.

Mosey to next field and what do we have here?

A beautiful hill 🙂 I love hills!!!!

This one was particularly special because it was more of a gigantic sand dune with huge clumps of grass which added an extra degree of difficulty to avoid tumbling down.

A beautiful hill + Mac = yup…

Triple Nickel(Crowd Pleaser as always!)

Repeat 5 times

Mosey around to side lot for…Nascar Racin’

Split into 2 teams of 5 or 6

One man is the car he runs a lap around median. (Yes Wedgie, you can be Jeff Gordon if you want to!)

Other Pax are crew they AMRAP called exercise until the car returns

Upon the return of the car he planks while the crew does 20 merkins each with added sound effects required.

Repeat until all pax have been the car
