6 pax beat the clock and the fartsack on a frigid Sunday as YHC Celebrated 6 years since that 1st day of taking the DRP as an FNG at Graveyard. Tclaps to the pax for starting their day off right by #Accelerating their #King. Here is what went down:

As YHC Reflected on that Cold morning on a Saturday in March of 2014, amazing how much has changed since that day. YHC was the sad clown of SadClowns. Didn’t know what was missing until then. The 1stF is a given need, and that was easy for YHC to understand. YHC always long for a friend to workout with in the early morning. Ironically YHC would pass by other men at a local Gym that he now knows as FastCasual, Bulldog, and ThumbsUp. True “Ships passing in the night.”
Since then, the 2nd and 3rd Fs best discribed as the ShieldLock has been a gamechanger. Fellow pax to lean on in tough times, to set you straight when you have the wrong perspective. To pray for you when you have a need. To Celebrate your triumphs and cover your 6 during the defeats.
The connection, the ShieldLock, a place to belong and knowing that you aren’t alone, are what this whole journey is all about. The added bonus is getting in a little better shape.
Side note: You get out what you put in. And must be present to “Win”. Never left a COT disappointed that I posted. So just post somewhere, and keep Accelerating, Brothers!
