YHC has been struggling for sometime now physically. Many of the exercises are heavily modified but the fellowship and support keeps bringing me back even if I can’t do several of the exercises. Luckily for me today is infusion day! Hopefully I will be feeling much better in the days to come. YHC knows the saying “If you can’t do it, don’t Q it.” But, is pretty sure that none of the PAX here really care. If they do, then they can sign up to Q! In all seriousness YHC is happy to push these men and help them all get better!!

-Mosey to the warm up area and begin with SSH until YHC arrives (This was to allow YHC to get down the stairs and be ready tor the rest of the COP. YHC is having a real difficult time going down stairs)

The Thang
7 of Diamonds (corners of goal line and 50 yard line)
7 reps of an exercise at each of the 4 corners with a mosey in between corners. Each round, increase by 7 reps with a different exercise each round, for a total of 4 rounds. YHC was given hard time about it being more of a square than a rectangle. YHC told them to look at it diagonally!
Round 1- 7 Burpees
Round 2- 14 flutter kicks (4 count)
Round 3- 21 merkins
Round 4- 28 squats
At this point YHC stated to reverse the workout. Some PAX began running in between corners backwards. Some ran in a reverse direction. YHC was just meaning to star counting down. The PAX were to keep going just like they were but do 21 merkins, then 14 flutter kicks….
