Weather: 40 degrees, windy, strong gusts of odiferous wind at times
Turning Point made the mistake of not having a Q signed up as of Monday this week, so YHC decided to jump in and take the spot.
Today is the 52nd birthday of YHC’s college roommate Jay, who is also batting lymphoma. Therefore the numbers of the day will be 2 and 27 for February 27.
Intro, Disclaimer, Prayer and Lord’s Prayer, Pledge of Allegiance.
Mosey around the parking lot and circle up for warmup.

Mosey back to the bus drop off area. The rest went something like this.
Started with 27 merkins on your own, lunge forward 27 each leg, then mosey the rest of the way around the back circle. Plank for the 6.
Round two – 27 merkins and 27 squats – bear crawl 27 steps in whichever way you want to count steps, then mosey the rest of the way around the circle. Plank for the 6.
Round three – 27 merkins, 27 squats, 27 BBSU – bear crawl 27 steps again. Mosey around. Watch out for the lunch ladies driving in, YHC’s second such encounter in the past week. #Fearthelunchlady
Round 4 – Add 2 burpees to round 3’s exercises, lunge 27 steps again each leg, and mosey back around.
Plank for the 6. We came up about 8 hours and 14 minutes short of the planking record.
Ring of fire – the ring of fire actually occurred during squats and during BBSU when gases were emitted unexpectedly, but in this ring everyone planked and did 3 merkins each in turn. The pax liked it so much that they requested we do it again, so we did.
Mosey to walkway and find a column. Everyone did people’s chair and each pax did 5 squats in succession.
Mosey back to the shovel flag for some Mary.
American Hammer X 20 IC. That was enough because YHC knew flutterkicks were coming.
Merkins X 27 OYO one more time so that Wapner could attempt to PR merkins.
Finished up with Flutterkicks for Cheech X 38 IC as YHC always does.

Other Unspoken requests
- Feb 29 630 F3 Lexington Convergence at Graveyard. Bring boxes of cereal for Mission Lexington.
- Dec 2020 Christmas Party
Devo – Philippians 4:13 – “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
One thing YHC has a difficult time remembering is that everything that gets accomplished is because of God, not because of our own abilities. We can do great things as long as we remember it is because God is working through us. When we forget that, we end up in the ditch wondering what happened.
