Running around at Smokehouse

YHC was not sure how part of the workout was going to go so after arriving early headed up the hill to grab and block and try a few things out. with about 5 minutes til time there was only 1 other man at Smokehouse.  Wilson was keeping warm in his truck so YHC decided to join him because it was chilly. When the 1 minute warning was called there were still only 3 men at smokehouse.  By 5:01 there were 5.  YHC gave the disclaimer and prayer and started the workout.

YHC was just about to lead the pax in the warm up when one more man (Happy Trees) came to join the party

Warm up
AMRAP for 5 minutes
20 Rocky Balboas
10 Monkey Humpers
20 SSH

On the fly, YHC diverged from the weinke and decided to take a trip over to the tall stairs by the fountain for a little 4 corners action.  Run to the top of the stairs and do 1 burpee. Run across to the other set of stairs and do 1 burpee.  Run down the stairs and to the fountain and do 1 burpee.  Run across back over to the gym and do 1 more burpee.  Rinse and repeat.

Mosey to the block pile and grab a block and then partner up.
AMRAP for 5 minutes
P1 runs across the field and then back pedals back
P2 get in a plank position (over the block) and alternates pulling the block from 1 side to the other. Alternating single arm planks.

Everyone grab your blocks and head over to the pull up bars
5 pull ups
10 step back lunges w/blocks (each leg)
15 block swing
20 merkins
10 single arm rows (each arm)
20 block squats
10 American hammers w/blocks

Carry the blocks from the pull up bars to the hill for round 2 (not running but double time).  Run to the top of the hill and back down between each movement.
2 trips up the hill running backwards up the hill (AKA Bernie Sanders)
10 step back lunges w/blocks (each leg)
15 block swing
20 merkins
10 single arm rows (each arm)
20 block squats
10 American hammers w/blocks

Return the blocks to the pile and then mosey back to the flag
