24 pax venture out into the gloom for suicides, 24-count bodybuilders, sprints, and slow slow slow merkins

YHC thought to check the Q schedule yesterday to see who was going to be dishing out the beat down at Crypt, and well it’s a good thing he checked because he had the Q.  His last Q at Shawshank he introduced the 24-count bodybuilder, so he figured what better time to introduce it to the Crypt pax.  That plus some constant movement, nice weather, and a long distance sprint/mosey/sprint/mosey…brought on a good sweat.  It was great see some old new faces out in the gloom as well, amazing what some nice weather can do.

Devo

All those theFather gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never drive away. For I have come down from heaven not to do my will but to do the will of him who sent me. And this is the will of him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all those he has given me, but raise them up at the last day. For my Father’s will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day.” (‭John‬ ‭6‬:‭37-40‬ NIV)
