15 unexpecting Pax rolled into the Crypt and Boneyard expecting the usual, little did they know YHC planned a convergence for the two AOs too really get acquainted. YHC raided his local neighborhood gym for some extra fire power, besides who is going to miss a couple free weights at 5:15 in the morning, and set up a wonderful COP. YHC considered his workout a success, when the Pax declared that they missed Burpees halfway through.

Upon arriving we were greeted by a strange group of men with backpacks, but after seeing the hardcore group of men assembled for the Crypt/Boneyard. They quickly dispersed not wanting any trouble.
COP- First round 1:30 each station as many reps as you and your partner can do
- 1-Curls for the girls-15 or 20lbs
- 2-Kettlebell Swings-15lbs
- 3-Peoples Chair overhead claps
- 4-Kettlebell Pass-20lbs
- 5-BBSU pass the medicine ball-10lbs
- 9-Shoulder Press-Tire(however much that weighs)
- 10-Lunges w/ Tire
Rinse and Repeat 30 seconds each station for a power set
