Guided by the shovel flag YHC found his way to the gloom of Turning Point. (After wandering aimlessly through the parking lot trying to figure out what road will get me back there) The men of Turning Point were anxiously awaiting YHC after the big build up on Twitter the previous night like a gang of thugs ready to beat up the skinny kid in a dark alley. After emerging from my car I heard a sigh of relief. “That’s Mac? Ha I thought we had something to worry about.” After putting the pax at ease with my easy going attitude and brace-face teenager smile, I commenced with a smokefest that will keep em coming back for more. masochists

As Treadmill was quick to point out the previous night on Twitter, Turning Point has hills. I have to concur with him on that one. In fact I was kinda worried when I saw the snow-capped mountain they call a hill over here. Nonetheless I heard my sadistic inner-self calling the Triple Nickel.

Once again the Trip Nick was a huge Crowd Pleaser and YHC may have broke it out a little early in the workout but if you plan on making a big downpainment you have to hit the ground running, or burpeeing in this case.

Sorry Crypt I might have to make this my home. If you have not posted here turn your alarm clock back a little and get to it this is a great AO.

Devo: I did have something to talk about but it slipped my mind cause my arms were yelling at me so I will put it here for your enjoyment. When you hear the F3 motto “Get better, be better” what does the “be better” part mean to you? I interpret the “Get better” part as the iron sharpens iron get in shape kind of better. The “be better” part, to me, is a reminder to do things the right way and lead by example to my family and my community. I think of it as being a better husband, a better father, a better employee and a better leader. Comment below and tell me what it means to you.
