18 PAX posted on the coolest morning in some time, it was so cool that Rudy had to break out the cool white pants. Conditions were perfect for some hard work, and the PAX were unaware of what awaited them in the back of YHC’s truck – 5 eight foot pieces of 2 inch rebar. At first everyone was eager, they only weighed 75 pounds, but they seemed to gain some weight the more we used them, felt like 150 pounds or more when we were done.

Devotion: James: 1, 19 & 20 – My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires.
Take a moment to control your emotions, especially when dealing with your family. YHC is guilty of holding his 2.0s to a higher standard – we all need to work on our patience and understanding in this area. Trebek offered up some great advice – don’t demand perfection if you are not prepared to offer perfection.
