PAX were instructed that one partner would Plank while the other Flutter Kicks for an undisclosed time period. Only YHC knew the time but provided PAX with a hint. “581 miles to Memphis.” PAX can switch exercises with their partner as often as they felt needed until time expired. If any PAX figured out the time period, all PAX could recover. T-Claps to the PAX (sorry I forget who it was) who figured it out at roughly the 7:22 mark. 581 miles (seconds) = 9:41.
Mosey to nearby soccer field and line up on end line.
Partner A sprints to the light pole of their choice- 1st = 20 reps, 2nd = 30 reps, 3rd = 40 reps or 4th = 50 reps and perform stated # of Merkins, returning to end line when complete. Partner B performs the same number of LBC’s for whichever light pole that Partner A choose. Plank until partner finishes. Flapjack
