17 pax came out to celebrate the 5 year anniversary of The Roost. For many this was the first time back in the gloom since bootcamps shut down back in March. After some friendly banter we kicked things off.
Conditions: Mid 40s. Cool for May but we’ll take it.
Tha Thang:
Warm up lap around the track and exit between the tennis courts.

Head over to start of the sidewalk. 5 merkins. Run down by stadium to concrete pad. 5 jump squats. Run to bottom of suicide hill. 5 burpees. Run up the hill to stop sign. 5 V-ups. Run to top of short hill. 5 monkey humpers. Return to start. Rinse and repeat adding 5 reps to each exercise each round for 5 rounds. (5, 10, 15, 20, 25).
Solid work by everyone this morning. Pax completed 4-5 rounds and 3-4+ miles. Good to have our brothers from Speed Trap over this morning as well as our region Nantan, Neck Brace. Also good to see all but one of the former Roost AOQs.
To the Roost regulars: Before this Covid mess started we had picked up some steam and were posting some solid numbers. Lets pick back up where we left off because we all need each other to get better. Be back out there Thursday.
