Mosey to playground at park.
Stack workout:
Complete first exercise in stack. Run a lap around the Olde Knight Island. Go back to first exercise, add the next exercise to the stack and run a lap. Continue this routine starting back at the first exercise completing all exercises until the stack is complete.

Items needed: 34 inch 31 oz Louisville Slugger, Batting tee, Balls of pain in bucket, bases
Batter up pulls a ball out the bucket and calls the exercise, pax not batting start the exercise. Batter proceeds to hit ball off the tee. If ball travels out the infield, only one trip around the bases for the batter. If it doesn’t, then two trips around the bases. Pax are doing the work while the batter runs. YHC guesses we batted .500 on balls to the outfield. Not a terrible showing!
