THE THANG:
Tennis court workout 🏋️‍♂️
Started from side to side of tennis court ran to the each side for 10 minutes. Your choice of 3 exercise . Your choices were 6 – jump squats, 6- Bonnie Blairs and 6-squats. We set a timer for 10 minutes. Then we plank for 2 minutes.

Round 2
Bear crawled frontwards on tennis court
Bear, crawling backwards, five hand release Merkins. Plank for 2 minutes then did a Indian run around the tennis courts.

Round 3 sprint on tennis court
-1 round 20% Sprint and Bernie Sanders back
-2 round was 60% sprint and Bernie Sanders back
-3 round was 100% sprint Bernie Sanders back
And finished up with our exercise, six each jump, squats, squats, and Bonnie Blair’s.
