WARMUP:
The usual – sidestraddle hops, imperial walkers, litre baby arm circles, windmills & squats – 20 of each, all in cadence except for the squats, which were OYO.
the Thang
7 pax rolled out criss-cross applesauce style, pausing for 4 pain stations of 20 squats, 20 ‘mericans & 20 LBCs each. After 4 stations and most of a mile, we found ourselves at the playground, so we played. We did three sets of 5 pull ups and 20 flutters in cadence. Headed back to the street and resumed the applesauce run, then paused for a final pain station of 10 Teddy Rocks & 10 Teddy Rolls, made awkward by commentary and eye contact from Silent Bob. Finished up with a jailbreak to COT and some stretching while sweating.

COT – everyone shared heavy burdens – prayers for those affected and for us all to be impactful men as we help friends & family through times of trouble.
