Lunge walk to other light on field, and Bear Crawl back to other light. Drop bricks. Jailbreak to one end of field and mosey back. Grab bricks and Karaoke to one light and crab walk other light. Back to auditorium and circle up, Brick Flutters, Hip Thrusts, Brick Dollies, Freddie Mercuries, Spot LBC’s. Return Bricks. Mosey to King St. 4 laps: 4 diamond merkins, run to top of hill, 4 merkins and return to halfway down street. Mosey back to parking lot. Wall sit. Rosalitas and Six inches. Wall sit and return to parking lane. Broad jump x 3 and merkins x 5 and repeat until back to COT. SSH, Squats and Slow Fast Merkins until done.
