29 men took a stroll down memory lane early this AM in Irmo. Expecting to receive a Fijian Warrior beatdown from one of our resident War Daddys, an unexpected leader emerged from the darkness to take the pax back to their childhood. The looks on the faces of the pax was priceless as they undoubtedly heard an old familiar tune from yesteryear ringing in their ears…. “Can you tell me how to get…how to get to Sesame Street!!!” The Count had assumed control as the QIC at Strut this morning.

Great workout by Fiji! There was a lot of variety in the exercises that added up to a solid full body workout. Not long into the exercises in the Circle of Pain, the pax was mesmerized by the Q’s SSH (which defied the laws of physics), and his undaunted counting of the exercises in cadence. Questions like, “How are you doing that?” and “What number are we on?” were only acknowledged by The Count’s sinister laugh…. “MUWAHA!HA!HA!HA!”
After completing our morning lesson in counting, may I respectfully submit the following for viewing to The Count: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xRTitxnE-mI This video has proven to be most useful to all QIC’s.

After several members of The Strut Brigade have talked about going on some type of meal plan, we will soon set the date for a Fuel Challenge. This was done at the first of the year and again this summer. Details will be forthcoming. Stay tuned…
The golf outing is October 10th and we are continuing to add more players. Please let Uno or Alter Boy know if you plan to participate.
I’m ready for another Fuel Challenge as well. Maybe do a F3 Columbia wide one.

I have already voted for the base plan in week 6 over no meat. And we definitely aren’t doing that “No Coffee” thing again this time either.
