THE THANG:
Did a DORA with 50 Pull Ups, 100 Merkins, and 200 Squats
Ran up to the band field and did partial of 11’s starting with 10 Big Boy Sit-ups and 1 burpee while running from the 50 yard line to the goal line. We got down to 8 sit ups and 3 burpees.
Passed it off to Quickie
“Abs are made in the kitchen” exercises.
“Chopped the vegetables” with flutter kicks
“Open the fridge” with alternating side planks
“Rinsed the rice” with leg circles
“Put stuff in the oven” leg raises and leg extensions
“Put stuff in the dishwasher” with starfish crunches
“Dried the towels” with accordion crunches
Stretched the finish.
Chyna hijacked the last three minutes for calf mountain.
