WARMUP: Lumen and I started to leave campus at the strike of 6:00 AM only to be tracked down by OBC en route. He had notified the Pax on GroupMe that he was rolling, but neither Lumen nor I caught the message. We then returned to the soft pavement for typical warmup!
THE THANG: Even though it was advertised as a Dealers Choice, Crawlspace was feeling power hungry and took more than 30 minutes leaving only 7 minutes a piece for the rest of the Pax! We stayed on campus and made our way to the courtyard for some wall and dip work among other things, and the crowd pleaser, standing Jane Fonda’s. OBC had enough of that and took the helm and led us to the toy pile for some typical brick work and finished with some Man Makers! Lumen had a whopping five minutes but finished strong with field work and his signature Happy Hillbilly’s! :alert: ANNOUNCEMENTS :alert: : None
COT: Crawlspace took us out. No Coffee this AM as OBC had dog duty and Lumen had cat duty.
