WARMUP: impromptu co-Q took care of that as I was behind schedule setting up cones for stops.
THE THANG: two equal ish teams with map of AO. Choose your route, stop at cones, perform prescribed exercises, remember what random item from mi casa was placed there, move on. Collecting as many stops as possible in 40 minutes. Finish with 3 minute plank and recall what random item you saw at your cones. Team with most stops and most accurate recall memory wins.
