THE THANG: confined to the Cheese Grater. YHC took first 10 minutes Suicide-ish exercises. Bear-crawl out 2 parking spaces. Mosey back & 8 over-head (face-scrapers). Rinse & Repeat adding 2 parking spaces each trip to a total of 10 spaces. Give arms a break by switching exercises to lunge out, mosey back and 8 block squats (should have done pistons, darn). THEN…..R&R with Crab Walks outbound and Big Boys w/blocks!!
Time! FMJ takes Q and we do his patented 4 Corners. 5 Merkins and add 5 ea. corner. Cusack is the travel. Then 10 abs (audible) ea. corner, increase by TEN!! Flutters, Dollies, Rosalitas (of course), LBC’s (should it be a neck exercise?!?). Karaoke is travel. Last round. Jump squats by 5’s and mosey is the travel. TIME!!
