THE THANG: Circuit- 3 Rounds
1) 10 pull ups
20 big boys
2) 10 Renegade rows with bricks
20 tricep extension w/ bricks
Rotating core after each round – 20 Chicago sit-ups w/ bricks or 20 flutters or 25 Ray Charles
3) 5 man makers with block
15 goblet squats
20 curls for girls
Rotating core again after each round v-ups or dying cockroach or Mntn climbers x 25 each.
Mosey between each circuit station.
