WARMUP: SSH, Carolina DD, little arm circles, windmills
THE THANG: one mile run from speed limit sign at base of Sandlot up Clemson road to entrance of Sandlot, with 6 total pain stations, with 5 burpees, 10 merks, 15 squats, and 20 big boys at each stop. Warm down with dealer choice Abaroma With 15 reps each, then mosey to playground for 10 pull ups, 15 step ups each leg and 15 dips.
