THE THANG: two rounds of dealers choice around circle with each round including one sandbag/weight exercise and then a core exercise. Intermission was lunge walk length of side walk then bear crawl back. Second round was crab walk back. After two rounds Q called 10 man makers and lap around whole parking lot in the blowing mist.
