WARMUP: SSH x 25, IW x 15, Merkins x 15, through tunnel x 15, BB’s x 20, little arms forward, back, and overhead x 15
THE THANG: 3 rounds with coupons w/25 chest press, curls, overhead press, then between each round playground for 10 pull-ups, 15 step ups each leg, and 15 dips, plus bonus of chest press and curls for girls. Next did squats all way around playground plastic border, next to front parking lot with lunge walk to each space then ascending squats to 3/4 way until audible saved us with descending to completion. Mosey up hill to upper lot, clockwork merkins clockwise and counter, then 5 frogger burpees to finish us off.
