THE THANG:
In the spirit of the 12 days of Christmas we did 4 rounds of 12 exercises:
1 single arm kettlebell swing (each arm)
2 burpees (regular or break dancer)
3 big boys or some variation thereof
4 burpees (plank Jack)
5 bench press
6 burpees (hand release)
7 bent over rows
8 burpees ( regular)
9 goblet squats
10 overhead press
11 curls for girls
12 rotating core (dying cock roach, rowers, hollow hold with weight plates, gas pumpers)

Completed the 100 burpees a day (actually 105) with 2 punishers and 5- 4 x 4s.
