THE THANG: 4 miles, Rudders option. Started out as simple 2 miles out and back to take us past YHC’s humble abode. Man down (Snowden) at the 1/2 miles mark. We did leave him behind. Don’t judge us! If you heard what we heard. So many cars on Longtown East, called an audible, left into Fox Meadow past Cheesesteak house. No lights on (I guess he thought run started at 6:15). Made it past Xmas forest and back to finish via Longtown East (didn’t get hit). Gepetto and Valdez continue to run for a nice round 10 miles. 4 miles looks just fine on my training log. Just sayin’.
