THE THANG:
PAX were given two bricks a person and instructed to carry throughout the entirety of the workout.
Mosey across Tennis courts to Ivy Hall Drive taking a left on Landrum and all the way to the top of the hill.
Along the way, stopped 3 times for a set of 5 burpees/10BB, 5 merkins/10 LBCs, and 5 bench press/10 Russian twists
Once at the top of the hill (Briarfield and Landrum), PAX split into 1’s and 2’s. Given total team rep count of exercises-
200 curls
200 squats
200 lunges
200 boat canoes (later would be modified to 100)
1’s began reps while 2’s were running down and back up the hill (still with bricks in hand). Alternate running and reps until all reps completed by teams.
Disputed Winners gave last place team their bricks for the mosey back.
Took Briarfield with a left on Bethel Church to mosey back to COT with a couple more 5burpees/10 BB and 5 merkin/10LBC stops along the way.
