THE THANG: run to tennis courts. Two court suicide x2, 10 merkins, 10 squats, 10 lbc x

Two court suicide x2, 15 merkins, 15 squats, 15 lbc

Two court suicide x2, 20 merkins, 20 squats, 20 lbc

Go grab blocks, at beginning of field 5 squats with block, 10 overhead press, 15 curls, throw block forward as far as possible. Repeat until end of building.
Put blocks in a line and do high knees over them, shuffle to end line, sprint forward, shuffle to opposite side of field, backpedal, shuffle back to blocks 15 merkins, 15 Bonnie blairs, 15 Ukrainian twists. Repeat x 4
