Mosey to Football Field

Bear crawl 50 yards
50 BBS
1 min merk 55
Bear crawl 50 yards
50 iron cross
1 min merk 45

Burpees on the minute 10 to 1 (55 total)

Partner Prowler 180 lbs 2 pax on prowler push 25 yds and back. Third pax AMRAP Squats

Rotate so that each pax gets 2 turns on the Prowler and one on the exercise

Round 2- same rotations with  Prowler/AMRAP LBCs

Next up-

One pax grab a Tire and all pax Mosey to hill at back of school.  Rotate pax carrying tire to top of hill.  

Stop at top of hill by a random Brickpile for a Q modification.  

Grab bricks and execute 15 front and lateral raises.  2nd set 10 front and lateral raises.  Discussed the importance of concentrating on small muscle groups.

Drop coupons and head to Battle Loop

Each pax will ACCOMPLISH the following:

25 Pull ups
50 curls
(Modify as needed)

Head over to the sandpit.  Each pax Push tire in sand one length while other pax AMRAP squats.  

Mosey back to COT

Job well done, men! This beatdown was a grinder, but we made it, and for that, we are all better men.
