8 find shelter amidst the storm at #Thunder

8 especially #faithful pax defied #Cantore this morning to post in a cold, windy, driving rain at #Thunder.  The call was put out last night for a big crowd to join YHC at the hallowed ground in Shandon and considering the weather YHC’d say a big crowd is exactly what showed up.  This was not YHC’s first rodeo q-ing in the rain or a cold rain for that matter.  That said, with a few recent flair-ups with the ever-aging body it was decided that we would do a shed workout in the event of rain.  The pax learned an important lesson today – when you cut out the moseying about you really can get into some reps and time practically stands still.

Conditions – 40 degrees – rain and wind

Devo – Offered by Fountainhead
Moleskin
  • What more can be said?  Not a good day to get out of the bed yet it was a great day to post.  40 degrees and rain in January is one thing.  On April 2 it’s a whole nother.  T-claps to the seven pax that joined YHC
  • #MumbleChatter under the shed was nothing short of outstanding
  • One silver lining to the weather was seeing the rivers of pollen surrounding us – might it finally all wash away?
  • Wonderful devo from F’Head as we all try to make sense of some of the really horrible things that have recently happened in our community

Announcements
