Went and grabbed the big blocks and met in the corner of the endzone. Thanks again for the block Bernie!
4 corners is pretty simple. YHC calls out and exercise and the group does 10 in the 1st corner, 20 in the 2nd, 30 in the 3rd, and 40 in the 4th.
We did the following exercises. It reads a little easier than it was, trust me.
Merkins w/ blocks
Lunges, but both legs equals 1 rep
For the last one, YHC decided to drop it down to 5, 10, 15, 20
But it was burpees so it was in no way easier!
