This was YHC’s first Q at Urban Legend. Therefore, YHC didn’t want to make it too easy, but not too hard since most pax are healing from or still completing the IPC this week. Certainly more to take into account when planning a workout at Urban Legend. YHC didn’t want to cross too many streets, so here’s what we did.

Pain Train up/down the steps
Up one step, 5 hand release merkins
Down to bottom, 3 burpees
Up one step, 5 hand release merkins
Up to step 2, 10 squats
Down one step, 5 hand release merkins
Bottom, 3 burpees
Rinse and repeat all the way up and down steps. Change to dips instead of merkins if you would like.
Most pax got 2/3 of the way up the stairs before YHC called time so we could do something else.
