The Slammer had been on the Q sheet for awhile. Lego was asking, the night before, would it be the original Slammer of the BS version (Buzz Saw). The only way to find out would be to post and post he did. Of course, those of you who missed out can keep reading and find out which version we did but we are better because we have lived it.
Lego and Coon Dog crushed the Uncle Ron stride lite, knocking out 35 pull-ups and getting in a 5K. Awesome work by two of the finest.
Silence of the Lambs is one suspenseful movie. Dark twists and turns, evil laughs, haunting images, and ending that makes you wanting more. Welcome to the BS Slammer. Buzz Saw showed up with his dice and the games were underway.
1 minute warning, disclaimer of sorts, opening prayer.

SSH x 15 IC, Michael Phelps x 10 IC.
On to the slammer.
Roll a die at each station and x 10 for the number of reps (except for the burpee station which was mercifully x 2).
Station 1 – Dips, lunge across the long bridge to station 2.
Station 2 – Carolina Dry Docks, run backwards to station 3.
Station 3 – BBSU’s, bear crawl the short bridge to station 4.
Station 4 – Calf Raises (if you ever need a compliment, stand in front of Coon Dog during calf raises. He will praise the definition in your lower legs better than anyone. Scary thing is it sounds somewhat genuine. Question of the day from Lego to Coon Dog…do you ever stop talking?). Karaoke to station 5.
Station 5 – Prisoner Squats, run to station 6.
Station 6 – Merkins, karaoke to station 7.
Station 7 – Burpees, bear crawl short bridge to station 8.
Station 8 – Hip Thrusters (OYO), run to station 1.
Rinse and repeat as time allows. All dice were loaded and landed on 5’s and 6’s quite a bit thanks to Hemingway. Bad luck or forced betterment? YHC believes the latter.
Recover and mosey back to the flag.
