Self-Proclaimed Legend Q’s Urban Legend

The Q sheet was open for Urban Legend and the best way to HC for a beating is to take the Q. This Q was a total winger, off the cuff, spur of the moment, spontaneous, on the spot winger.

Last night, YHC downed a bowl of Neapolitan ice cream (heavy on the strawberry flavor for the fruit benefit), 6 oreos, and 2 heath bars (finely crushed for the ice cream topping). While eating the goodies, the wheels started to turn for today’s Q. Then, tiredness set in and I was asleep on the couch. So much for planning.

The weather was nice, real nice. The rain was holding off. 4 pax posted and things were looking up.

1 minute warning, disclaimer, opening prayer, no FNG’s.

Mosey for a bit the square up.

30 SSH’s IC, 15 Michael Phelps IC, 15 TTT’s IC.

Mosey across the street to the playground.

10 rounds of 5 pull-ups, 10 merkins, 10 squats. Awesome stuff.

Mosey to the lowest of the low parking lots. We would serpentine our way through each aisle stopping at each crosswalk for 15 merkins, 15 squats, and 15 lbc’s. At the turn of each aisle, the gang knocked out 15 iron crosses.

We finished up by some steps which was the perfect place for a bunch of calf raises. Toes in, out, straight, and one-legged calf raises. This was awesome.

Mosey back to the flag for some Mary and stretching.

Recover.

Announcements:

Couple of races coming up. Sign up.

Saturday BC – Beechhouse.

Closing prayer.

Good time of 2 F’s with these men.
