The Thang
Mosey from the top parking lot down the field to the first baseball field we happen upon.
Line up at home and lunge (good lunges) the base paths.
Regroup and mosey down to the football field.
Line up on one sideline, facing the opposite side. Partner up. Size/skill of other partner inconsequential.
One partner runs to the opposite side line and returns. The other exercises during that run. Upon the first partner’s return, the duo switches up the running and exercising. Each pax does a set of a particular exercise during his “exercising” turn, ranging from 20-25, depending on the exercise called. 4 rounds of exercising and running for each pax for each exercise, culminating in 80-100 of reps, depending on the exercise called.
First exercise: Merkins x 25 x 4 = 100
Second exercise: Big Boys x 20 x 4 = 80
Third Exercise: Squats (good ones) x 25 x 4 = 100
Fourth Exercise: Plankjacks (4 count) x 25 x 4 = 100
Recover, mosey back to the bottom of the hill below the parking lot. Sprint up the hill.
