YHC had an idea for something new, but….after review there was some hesitation that it would be tough enough stuff for the Smokehouse tough guys. With a sleepless night it came to YHC in a dream to seek out the path that needed to be laid out in the gloom. Through thorough 10 minute research of the HT archives, a WO from days gone by seemed to fit. Good work and fun was had by all. Welcome back DAISY!

20 Hand release Merkins, Mosey to Bottom
Rinse and Repeat.
Mosey to the lunch lady circle. 10 BBS, 10 Freddie Mercury 2CT, 10 LBC’s. Mosey to the gym, 10 BBS, 10 Leg lifts, 10 AH’s 2 CT.
Mosey around gym to flag for a little Mary.
