YHC had the privilege of leading the men of Shawshank today. It was too cold for a lot of mumblechatter, but complaining started right away. We missed a lot of regulars today. Hope to see them Thursday, they know who they are.
Also, YHC did a tribute to our 41st President for the WildCat, doing 41 reps of each workout. The PAX asked if this was the same thing for this workout since everything was in 25’s. The question was asked who was the 25th President and as a joke, Martin Van Buren was the answer. So YHC said Theodore Roosevelt. Well, YHC was wrong. William McKinley was the 25th President, however, Teddy was his Vice President for McKinley’s second term. Six months into this term, McKinley died from an assassination attempt six months earlier. TR then became the 26th President. Now, you know.
