YHC was hurt the last time he was supposed to Q here, so he had to find something extra special to make up for it. Well, that didn’t happen and he just used the original Weinke from last time. But it was still fun.
A warning or two for future Q’s, make sure you have your math right or Mulligan will yell at you. Also, these guys talk a lot, WAY more than they used to. That’s a refreshing change except when you are trying to run a workout. It’s like working out with my brother’s kids. All they talked about was baseball cards and how everyone except Skidmark hates the Yankees. While YHC can get behind that, being an Orioles fan, it would be nice to have just a little mumble chatter. Maybe I’m just too old school. In all seriousness, great time today with these guys. - While one partner runs about 100 yards and back, the other partner does the exercise. When P1 returns, he starts where P2 left off while P2 runs. Rinse and repeat until the stated number of reps are completed.
- Round 1: 50 Pull-ups
- R2: 150 Merkins
- R3: 300 squats
- R4: 200 LBCs
- R5: 100 Dips
- R6: 50 Burpees between each partner
- *Also had 100 Carolina Dry Docks but ran low on time, no pun intended. Did 150 Merkins instead of 200 to save time.
