The weather: Mid 60’s
After I terribly confused the pax trying to explain the work out, we got on track in a hurry! Every one gave awesome effort and it was good to see many of the guys that have been laying low. Let’s keep that up, Hollow!

Warm up Mosey and Circle up
SSH IC X10, 5 Burpees OYO (rinse and repeat for 3 rounds)
We partnered up in teams of 3 for a relay, we did 60 yd runs with 2 guys on one end and 1 on the other. One of the 2 stays and does his part of called team exercise, while the other one runs to the solo partner at the other end. The solo Pax was doing as many reps as possible of a called core exercise. The 5 rounds we did were as follows.
100 Team Alternating Merkins (on your block) –> Mt Climbers (as many as possible)
125 Team block thrusters –>Plank Jacks (as many as possible)
150 Team Burpees –>Iron Crosses (as many as possible)
175 Team Kettlebell Swings –> hold high plank (until partner returns)
200 Team Squats with your block –>V-ups (as many as possible)
