Mosey over to school playground, divide into two teams. Teams complete a cumulative 40 pullups; 1 pax does amrap pullups while the other does a full court suicide on the basketball court; switch back and forth.
Mosey to the cage to get out the tires – same teams for a Dora – teams complete a cumulative 100 ‘mericans, 200 Squats, and 300 LBCs; 1 pax exercises while the other does five tire-flip burpees, then switch.
Mosey to the rec center for Mary: 45 second wall sit; 10 Teddy Rolls; 10 Balls to the Wall pushups; 10 Teddy Rocks; 45 second wall sit; finished up with 25 x Flutter Kicks in cadence.
