I STOLE SKIPPER’S FOUR CORNER WORKOUT

CONDITIONS:  Crisp 48 Degrees

INTRO:  Sir Cornwallis asked YHC to Q several weeks ago and at the time I was back into a groove of attending the morning gloom.  That soon came to an end with much travel and after hour business events.  Although, I have been consistent in my weekly runs, not so much on the attendance of the F3Camden beatdowns.  The Bride of YHC made mention after this past Tuesday that I must have to Q as she too has noticed my continues Fartsacking for rest.  With that being said, I looked for something challenging that would not include any of the following:  Burpees, ManMakers, KettleBells, MurderBunnies and Burpees.  Yes I said that twice.  I found a workout under my name in the F3 BB but discovered moments ago it was actually a workout from Skipper on January 11, 2018.  Thus the title!  Thanks Skipper.  Huge Props for coming up with a tough workout.

THE THANG:

YHC realized yesterday that the workout would be much easier if there were FOUR teams so he reached out to sure fire’s Mayhem, Schrute and Abacus all who agreed to lead their teams.  The THANG was sent to them via digital communication so that they could clarify intent.  I am glad they did.  Also, it is important to know that in the early darker hours of the morning it hit me that LumberJacks should be completed as Left =1 and Right =1.  This could have been a tragic mistake for the PAX and YHC.  I took to Station 1, Mayhem took to Station 2, Abacus took to station 3 and Schrute took to Station 4.  Don’t think we have ever had a perfect 4 Man group of 5 before.  Let the fun begin:

COUNT-A-RAMA: 20 PAX SHOWED UP FOR THE WORKOUT.  4 TEAMS OF 5 WORKED PERFECTLY

ANNOUNCEMENTS– Camden Girls Cross Country are Region Champs again and so are the Boys. Dufresne’s daughter is #2 overall All-Region and Heisenberg’s daughter Gracy was all region as well. Next Thursday Camden Bulldog Baseball fundraiser at Camden Country Club.  YHC tried to make mention of our unity and aroma from Psalm 133 but jacked it up and ended up saying we all have a bad aroma!!

MOLESKIN:  It was good to be in the gloom this morning. The mumble chatter was at an all time high in each group and that is awesome to hear how we took to the streets and worked as teams to make ourselves better.  The halo around the moon was spectacular.

PRAYER OF BLESSING:  Father God, make this group of bonded men a beacon of hope in our community.  May we be salt and light and men of peace.  Men of conversation and not condemnation.  May we be leaders and men of integrity before you and our families.
